Wizarding World of UCF.Fall Recruitment 2011

My recruitment starts in 2 days and I'm freaking excited, nervous and even more excited. I don't want to reveal too much about myself like my grade year and age. What I do want everyone to know is that none of my family is Greek and that I'll be the first one in my family to participate in a Greek recruitment. I'm hoping for the best in my recruitment week and keeping a OPEN MIND. It's always good to keep a open mind, which i tell my friends and myself. Also.... I love love Harry Potter books more than the movies.I will be naming the chapters after a character from the books. At UCF there are 11 chapters and the new one colonizing this fall recruitment is Delta Zeta. I hope all of you ladies enjoy my post and the new ones I'll be posting up this week coming up.
 Chapters at UCF:
 Alpha Delta Pi
 Alpha Epsilon Phi
 Alpha Xi Delta
 Chi Omega
 TriDelta
 Delta Zeta
 Kappa Alpha Theta
 Kappa Delta
 Kappa Kappa Gamma
 Pi Beta Phi
 Zeta Tau Alpha

 In no specific order:
 Hermione
 Harry Potter
 Ron
 Dumbledore
 Draco
 Ginny
 Snape
 Hagrid
 Neville Longbottom
 Luna Lovegood
 Sirius

So many great characters. Of course I'm rooting for Alpha Xi, but as far as characters go, I'll root for Neville and Luna. I love an underdog! DZ can be Mrs. Weasley, observing everything from a safe distance but coming through in the end. Best of luck to you. *Make sure you get plenty of rest and fluids. If you're not a big water drinker, you should start upping your intake now.
*Fingers in ears saying lalalalala when the tent talk starts!

AW I LOVE IT. (die-hard harry potter nerd, right here...haha for real--stayed up all night to get early entry into Pottermore!)
I was going to use Harry Potter for my recruitment thread (I'm a pi chi, so I'm waiting to post it)...I'm going to use houses or places/locations so it'll still be different.

GO RON!!! (because he's the literary version of me/my literary best friend)

If not Ron, I hope it's Sirius! I love mischief-making gryffindors.

Darn it-I was going to use Harry Potter for mine (not characters, but houses/organizations). Oh well. Good luck, from PNM to PNM! |

Excited to read this but a note to other DDD's, does it both anyone else that a lot of the times our name isn't written out? This isn't the first time I've noticed that every other chapters name is written out, but delta delta delta goes "Tri Delta".
 Just an observation.

At least you don't have your name misspelled, even by your own members! You don't know how badly I cringe when I see AZD. And Tri-Delta is such a great name and so recognizable, I wouldn't sweat it. It's like you're so well known you don't have to use your last name. HA!
