If only Bree had spanked Rex freely to get him off, he might still be alive and she could have avoided AA, George the crazy pharmacist, the alcoholic sex addict and now the former prison dentist who knows Bree's secret.

I'm lost. Why shouldn't he give up his phone? I must have missed something.

I am suspecting because Dad calls that phone. Considering that Zach is about to straight play his dad to the left, Dad may call that phone repeatedly. The trustee may get all suspicious as to why Dad is calling so much and answer. Being pissed because Zach isn't anwsering, he may spill the bean to the trustee or leave a message. Dad will reveal that Zach was there for money, not the "I love you, grandfather" type visit. Someone may find it interesting that the same day Zach comes in search of cash, his grandfather dies, leaving him the entire estate. Zach's fingerprints on the phone will be matched to those found on the on/off switch of the respirator. Zach and Dad will have a father-son reunion in prison.

Archive my prediction....

Give up his phone definitely by throwing it in the lake.

He gave the phone to his grandfather's trustee who will not immediately throw the phone away. Paul will call again in season 3, talk to trustee, and some kind of way Zack will get implicated in Grandpa Noah's death. He should have just thrown it in the lake.

@ Redefined, Exactly!

LOS ANGELES (July 25) - Josh Henderson has joined the cast of "Desperate Housewives," playing the sexy, bad-boy nephew of Edie Britt (Nicollette Sheridan).
His first episode is expected to air Oct. 1 on ABC.

Henderson played lead character Pfc. Bo Rider on "Over There," Steven Bochco's gritty Iraq war drama for FX.

On the big screen, he will next be seen in Disney Pictures' "Step Up!" Paramount Pictures' "Broken Bridges" and the indie thriller "Fingerprints."

Or has anyone else NOT seen Desperate Housewives? I've always wanted to watch it but since I didn't see it from the beginnning, I never took the time to watch it.
