Woman Sues McDonalds over Bloody Fry Bag

This was on our local news, I'm not sure if it's made national news yet.

My question is how she knew for a fact it was blood?

I would make them do DNA testing on the blood to make sure she didn't put it there herself after she left the restaurant. (a la Wendy's and the chili finger)

Funny that it happened 2 years ago, and she only sued 2 weeks ago. Way to wait out the statute of limitations. If it was that much of a concern, get things taken care of right away, so the evidence can be preserved. And if she wanted to bring this to the attention of the public- why didn't she do it then, instead of waiting 2 years. Where is the bag? Did she save it?

I'm thinking more not because he got cut, but because he failed to care for it properly and let it get into the food (or at least the containers).
