I'm the new MRC (recruitment) chair for my chapter....and our recruitment parties have been pretty stale lately. I NEED ideas.... the themes I've seen (even on this site) are pretty typical. If you have ideas for themes or activities, please let me know. Thanks!!
We need a little more information:
Is this a fraternity? (I'm assuming it is)
Are you a national?
What is your chapter size? What is it in relation to the other chapters on campus?
Do you have a house? Do most other chapters on campus?
Is it generally hard to get people on your campus to go out and rush or do you have a very active greek life?
the sorority is phi sigma sigma, we are national and apart of npc. a majority of our girls have went alum in the the last year or two (so obviously smaller than the other sororities on campus). we live in adrian (and with the current local ordinances will not allow us to have a house....and neither do other sororities in adrian. our campus has a large athletic group but i think with a strong recruitment we could get a good group.
