Psi chapter closed

Sisters:

Just wanted to let you know that Psi chapter has closed as of this year. It saddens me because this is my chapter.

I wanted to say thank you to all of your support! We have been given an invitation to come back a few years later so we are very grateful for this opportunity.

Again, thank you for your huge support!

Hi Tammy -

I'm sorry to hear that your chapter is closed but regardless of what you may have called "home" as a collegian remember that your real home is with the many sisters you have within Delta Phi Epsilon.

You did a great job on your response on "Jewish" sororities in one of the other threads.

Im so sorry to hear about your chapter closing. I think that the stereotypes people put on our sorority are aggravating, and usually incorrect. I hope that we can expand to more schools and have them realize how wondeful dphie is!

Tammy, I'm very sorry to hear about the closing of Psi Chapter. I know exactly what you are going through. My chapter - DG, UBC - closed its doors in the fall of 2004. At the time it was very difficult, but now it's much easier, and I understand why it needed to be done.

BTW, I am good friends with a Psi aluma who moved to Vancouver last year - Chantal Spector. Do/did you know her?

I'm sorry to hear that your chapter closed. I'm still having a hard dealing with it as it just happened so fast. I didn't feel very prepared for it. Nevertheless, I'm sure it was the best for the chapter and I look forward to it coming back to campus.

You know Chantal?!?! Yes yes I know her! She was there when I was in the sorority as well. I miss her a lot but I know she's loving it there in Vancouver! Please tell her I said hey!
