Post Cosby: Let's all give $8 each to build slavery museum

http://www.cnn.com/2006/US/09/22/cos....ap/index.html

I would like to think that more people would want to give the money - $8 isn't much at all..... comments?

I read the link on CNN, I actually support the idea and would like to see something like this come to fruition

Wow. It's really pretty crazy that such a museum doesn't already exist - this is definitely important, IMO.

its not crazy for the PC-ness of our society telling us to either forget slavery ("picking old scabs, like http://www.businessweek.com/magazine/content/06_33/b3997082.htm") or simply saying that it didnt happen or that it wasnt a big deal.

then again, the holocaust museum got built, right?

p.s. how do we donate? what's the site? how does cosby get our money?
