Do you wear tikis?
Just wondering, which organizations wear tikis? Is this a predominately NPHC/Multicultural greek thing?

I'm going to guess since I don't know what a tiki is (in this sense) that it's either regional or NPHC/MCGLO.

I've seen pictures of some NPC sororities, but overall, yes it is predominantly an NPHC/MGLO thing.

So it's like a lavalier except more like beads or plastic on leather cords?

Haven't seen it in the Greek stores... and on SLU's campus the most you saw of the NPHC were jackets and a few flyers.. but never saw tikis.
But I did go shopping in Champaign and did not see these there.
If they're cheaper than lavaliers and other necklaces, I'd see them as a great thing to wear in the summer.

In the Seventies I wore a dashiki. Does that count? I don't know if it was multicultural, but it certainly was multicolored (make that "is". I still have it.)
Sick, huh?
