regarding my mans parents not approving of me
hi i have dated my man for over one year now and we both love each other very much- his parents met me a few weeks ago and than my man told me on weekend that his parents dont approve of me at all- they say that i am in his face too much that i am too loud and demanding and that also that i am too different from him- they say that their somethang about me that they dont like and they we arent going to last
only problem is me and my man love each other- he has met my parents and they love him dearly
we both say that we are soulpartners
what do we do- his parents are giving him hell over this and i think its influencing his thoughts
i am a nice person and i it BREAKS MY HEART TO PIECES- i have cried every day
what do i do?

Tonight I would tell you to just relax there is absolutely nothing you can do about it at this moment in time.
Is your BF rejecting you because his parents don't like you? And if you don't mind me asking, how old are the two of you?
Also, is there any truth to their complaints? I mean sometimes people just don't like some types of personalities.

Here is a neat stress reductiuon technique. When you feel bothered about whats going on . . .
1.hold your head still and look straight ahead.
2. while still keeping the head still look left out of the corner of your eye and then look right out of the corner of your eye.
You are kind of like moving them back and forth.
3. Do for 25 repetitions, and then repeat if you need up to more sets.
It should break the pattern a little. Keep doing it every time the thoughts cause you anxiety.
