What can we do as individuals and as Greeks to help reduce crime, poverty, racism, teenage pregnancy, drug usage etc. and lead the children who follow after us (Generation Next) to a better place?

I live by the philosophy, "Each one, teach one." I believe wholeheartedly in participating in programs that mentor to youth and provide them with role models who show them that there are other ways to make your mark on this world.
