Why oh Why cant they quit screwing with Time?

My way of doing it:

Spring Forward, set the clock the night before and just wake up. Dont feel like I lost anything.

Fall Back, wait until the morning and set the clock so feel like I picked up an extra hour.

Granted a physco response, but works for me!
