TriDel and Spring Rush
Hi!! I am a freshman at Penn State, and am extremely interested to participate in spring rush - specifically with the TriDelts at my school. I don't know any of the girls, however, and am a little nervous about the bidding process for informal rush - mainly due to the fact that there may only be four spots available for new pledges. If anyone has any advice to give regarding spring rush, I'd really really appreciate any help offered. Is there any way to "increase" my chances at getting a bid if only four spots are available? Thanks so much!! I'm really excited for spring rush to begin. . .

I think that if you attend all the events and show your interest in the appropriate manner you'll be fine. Whatever you do don't talk about partying, or other inappropriate topics. I know that seems common sense, but every year I see someone who does that. Also, we had a girl last year leave our house and tell the girl who was talking to her, Delta Love. That wasn't to good. Well Good Luck with everything. Let me know how it turns out.

Hi,
I'm a tri-Delt at Penn State. I'm excited to hear you want to spring rush us. Please don't be nervous. I spring rushed last year and it's very fun and laid back. Just keep an open mind and go to as many places as possible. You'll feel where the right place is for you. Good luck
...there are more than 4 spots available

Thank you so much for replying. I know I shouldn't be nervous, and your advice (and just the fact that you took the time to write me) really helps me relax a little. As spring rush approaches, I'm getting more and more excited - and am really looking forward to learning more about the Delta Delta Delta sorority, and it's members! I'll definitely keep you posted on any new updates or events. Thanks again!!
P.S Any advice, information, or just personal stories are always appreciated!
