Bursar Question

My chapter has been lacking a chapter finance committee. I just became bursar and the past bursar never did these, and the one before that didn't either, so when I got an email reguarding this, I was clueless to what I am supposed to do...how we conduct these meetings, what we are to go over...the whole works. If you know, please email or IM me at either PhiSigStrawberry@aol.com or BabyLinds3@aol.com. I'd REALLY appreciate it!

there not as big a deal as you may think so don't stress....it's just any meeting you may have with the archon and adviser, (sometimes financial advisor instead, and also VA or assistant bursar, etc) that covers general info - cash receivable, accounts, etc

I'm sure whatever Jadey emailed you prolly covers the process, but if you have any more questions feel free to PM me too (my best friend is an RFC so I got the inside track on these things )
