need help!!!

ok- i'm co-rush chair and its both of our first years- now i'm back at school and am starting to plan everything and i am really feeling like everything is going over my head and in short- freaking out- we had our theme planned out- and now we found out that we have to change it- and i'm just really scared- i don't have enough themes- i'm afraid i'm going to forget something- my sorority is a local and we've been having problems- stuff like our treasurer box got lost with out check book in it- and we have to pay for shirts- and i don';t have the money to front- and it'll probably get taken care of- but its just one thing on top of another and especially b/c we're the smallest sorority- and we started out with only 5 sisters last fall and now we have 21 and we really need girls and we really want girls...... i don't really know what i'm asking- just advice- help anything! thank you so much!

My first peice of advice is take a deep breath. Everything will work out.
Okay, when is your rush? Are you participating in formal fall rush or are you doing COR? When does your rush start?
Second, how many themes do you need to come up with? What themes do you have already? Why do you need to change themes so suddenly?
I know a lot of questions.
Now, one idea I have (without knowing the answers to my questions) would be to have a theme day where y'all spoke on your philanthropy. (I'm assuming you have a philanthropy correct?). I remember one year for rush we had the girls decorate items for the Ronald McDonald house (that is our National Philanthropy). Then us actives delivered them to the house.
