I hope he wins.....he has no hidden agenda...he goes with the flow and keeps on surviving!!

They all have hidden agendas! They want to win some cold hard cash! I can't stand Gervase...he is goofy and the comment about women being a step above cows in the brain department didn't sit well with me! He tried to cover his butt to avoid getting kicked off the island...but he said it so in some respect I am sure he meant it. I was pulling for Ramona but we all saw what happened to her. Right now my vote is for the old guy - Rudy! He is funny to me. He says what he wants when he wants and he doesn't seem to fall into that group of "get before getting got" survivors.

GERVASE-is still a survivor to me...he doesn't do anywork...tells you he is not...lays in the shade...says what he wants to say (right or wrong)....and still can walk away with 1 or 2 or no votes an espisode...i hope he wins!

I wouldn't call that a survivor...more like lazy a$$. But you are right he does all that and still manages to stick around...I would have kicked his no-swimmin', lazy, male chauvinist behind off a looooonnngggg time ago.

he is doing what he got to do to win, more power to him ... and I know who wins, freaking news stations and radio stations find out everything - jeeeez.

O.k. I missed 1/2 of the show last night. I started to watch it when Gervese was getting his phone call. Can someone clue me in on what happen before? Did he win some type of challenge and that was his reward? I wasn't following the talk about his kids...did I understand them to say he has multiple kids w/ multiple babies mamas and has never been married? I don't watch this show every week so I may have also missed something on a previous night as well. Thanks

Last night was the first time I actually watched the show and from what I gathered Gervace has 4 kids by 3 different women. The current girlfriend just had a baby, so he chose to call her as part of his reward. The other prize was a slice of pizza. He's in a relationship now and is "heading towards" making a serious commitment to this woman. The other survivors, especially the older ones, had a problem with him having so many children out of wedlock and that may have helped get him kicked off.

I totally agree with c&c1913. I think that the fact that he has so many kids out of wedlock had an effect on him getting kicked out. It was open season on him as far as the alliance goes. I think that Gervase should be given some credit because he takes care of his children, which is alot more than what alot of men out here are doing. I really don't like how the other people on the show were talking about him behind his back. I am going to really miss him.
