Biological Clock
It seems that my biological clock has been hard-wired to wake me at 7am every morning. I do have to get up at 7 most mornings, but this morning I had the chance to sleep in... yet at 7am, there I was, wide awake.
This has saved my butt a couple of times when I've forgotten to set my alarm... but I am by no stretch of the imagination a morning person... this is a bad combination!
Anyone else who doesn't need an alarm clock?

I have been experiencing the same thing, lately I have been waking up at 4 PM-no alarm needed, I guess after working nights for almost 6 years I am use to it now.

I USUALLY wake before 5:00 a.m. Never set a clock anymore.
Some stretches, it's 4:30. Its getting really difficult to sleep in the same bed as Hubby! He snorts, groans, moans and one time, actually elbowed me in the eye!!! Then, there's ME who has my own kind of "disturbing behavior" in sleep. I'm pushing for twin beds with one headboard...

Yeah I usually wake up around 7:00 a.m. but I set my alarm clock just in case.

Haha! I thought this was going to be about having kids!
I have *no* internal alarm clock. I would sleep all day long without an alarm (actually, 3 alarms).

Actually, I do not have an internal clock, but my cats do. It doesn't matter to them that I do not have to go to work; they are going to wake me up at 6:30 AM anyway. I think they think that they are the last line of defense from me oversleeping for work, which is probably true. I've gotten used to being awoken with the cats running around on the bed. They aren't all that bad, though. They can be really sweet sometimes.
