Hey, Phi Mus!! I am so excited and just had to tell ya'll that I got engaged this weekend! I've dated the same guy for six years, and he FINALLY decided he wanted to get married. We're planning on September 27th...yeah!!! I love ya'll!!

Hey, ya'll! No, I haven't told my chapter yet...we're in between meetings, so I'm waiting for my real candle lighting. As for the ring, it's a three-stone ring with round diamonds. The outer two are my grandmother's earrings, so they're extra special. I found my dress today by accident...it's so pretty! I'll post later as I have more details!

Hey, girls! You asked for details, so here's my latest update. The ring is platinum and has three round stones...I think I told you that. The date is definately September 27th. Of my five bridesmaids, three are Phi Mus, and one is a Phi Mu legacy. My sister is my maid of honor, but she was never in a sorority.

I have my bridesmaids dresses (Lazaro) and my dress, too. It's a Romona Keveza. I found it on www.theknot.com, but my friend had it hanging in her living room! It was so weird. She's opening a bridal store, and I was there for a totally unrelated reason. It fit perfectly and is "the one".

As for the guy, we met in seventh grade and have been seriously dating for six years. I graduate from VSU in May, and he works in a family business. We have everything planned...photographer, flowers, videographer, reception...EVERYTHING! I don't know how to post pictures or I would...any help??

How exciting! It seems like this is the time of year for all those exciting engagement candlelights! Thanks for sharing yours with us...it's hard not being in college anymore and missing out on all the candlepass fun!
