I don't think that posting your experience on a message board constitutes any type of rush violation. I mean, they don't expect you to keep everything 100% to yourself. You're going to talk about your experiences with your family and friends, right? This is a relatively anonymous forum and both actives and PNMs will learn from your postings. I think that the rule is that you shouldn't talk to active members on your campus during recruitment (like calling up an active sister to see how voting went or something like that, or going over to a sorority house to hang out when it isn't an official rush event).
Post away! We are all looking forward to reading about your experiences!

I have had classes with girls going through rush where talking was part of the class! For instance, band, where you have to talk to people when looking for sets, etc...You should not talk about rush though.

Also, telling a guy is just as good as telling a sorority member...guys love to try to spread rumors about which rushees like which sororities. Unethical, but it does happen!
