Question Chicago Area Greek Stores

Hello all. Next month, I'll be in the Chicago area for a class and I was wondering if there were any great Greek shops in town. I am from the Kansas City area and, believe it or not, there aren't any fraternity merchandise shops here! Just wondered where the great Grrek stores were in the Chicago area. Help! Thanks! -Jennifer

Campus Gear is in the Lincoln Park area on Halsted. They have a nice selection.

You might try some of the places near Northwestern's campus...can't think of names/locations off the top of my head though. Sorry, that's not very helpful, is it?

well I'm sure other people here can attest to the fact that the Chicago area doesn't have the greatest greek stores. Campus gear is heavily overpriced and doesn't have that great of a selection for some organizations. There is alpha to omega, but they only carry a few items, but they do customize stuff... usually our group ends up going to Northern Illinois University which is about 1 - 1 1/2 hours from Chicago.... if you got a car, it's worth the drive....

hope this helps you!

Aglaia, one caveat to brownsugakdphi's advice...the NIU do not carry Phi Mu-specific stuff, if that's what you're looking for.
