Dressy Casual?
OK, so this may sound stupid but I need help quick. What is "dressy casual"? I have an idea but Im not sure. Also remember Im in OK. Im going to the republican party annual banquet tomorrow night and the dress is "dressy casual". I went and got a black capri/tank outfit. It is dressy, but I dont look like Im pretending to be an adult. (This happens because I look like Im 16...I have to be careful). It is trendy, but not flashy. Plain black but the botton of the capris and bottom of the matching tank have a sequeny fringe. I know this is vague, but I dont know what else to say (or do). Thanks for the help.
