well. . .nobody has answered and i have somewhat of an opinion. . .

I have seen a few women before, during, and after their respective process to get into their sororities, and often I find that they have increased their confidence, self-esteem, and all that good stuff. . .so in a sense, I do see people fulfilling positive stereotypes of what an "XYZ" should be.

I honestly have not seen too many people fulfilling negative stereotypes.

Oh, and as far as fraternities go, I really never see men changing much, especially not negatively. If they were obnoxious before, their still obnoxious after they cross. . .if they were chill before, they're still chill. Not saying the process doesn't change them, it just isn't outwardly noticable.

But that's just my experience on my yard, which wasn't big on Greek life in the first place.
