Help!!

The Gamma Phi chapter that I am an active member of is losing it's unity and strength as a whole. This is a primary concern to may of us because in addition our presence as a strong organization on capus and above other sororities is deteriorating quickly. We need helpful ideas on what we can do to reestablish ourselves on campus and in the chapter.
