It got 3 hits on google for Omega Tau Rho and Duquesne and one was trash, one was an obituary (for someone who graduated in 1975), and the third was http://www.linkedin.com/pub/john-urbanek/13/316/ab6 (who graduated in 1973).
Last Mention that I can find of them in the Duquesne Duke Newspaper (http://digital.library.duq.edu/cdm-duke/search.php) is them beating Alpha Tau Omega in Fraternity League Basketball in February 1978. Earliest is the newspaper welcoming them on campus in October of 1970.
