You ARE allowed to rush and pledge as a junior.

You can't pledge if you don't get a bid. It depends on campus culture.
Don't assume anything.

You ARE allowed to rush/pledge as a junior. That's not saying that the OP WILL get a bid.

Right. You are allowed to RUSH, but you can't PLEDGE if you don't get a bid.

Is there a secion of the Green Book that says juniors are not able to pledge/go through the new member program?

It would be okay to go through rush as a junior. Any female who meets the grade point requirements and is not already a sorority member is permitted to go through sorority rush/recruitment. However, going through rush is no guarantee that you will receive a bid, which is an invitation to join a sorority. It is more difficult at some schools than others for juniors to receive bids.

So, who is "CoCo" anyway? Because she appears to be a sock. She joined, jumped right into conversation with all typical GC lingo including QFPing someone. Then pulls the crazy e-stalker bullshit of the dreaded "first name drop." Claims to be in an NPC sorority, although never specific about which one - I really don't have time to go through all the posts right now, but who are you, sock?
