We don't want to read about this. Take it to the Lord in prayer or talk to some real life Sorors about it.

As Dr. Phil said, everything that happens to you in real life does not need to be posted on GC. You need to get an inner circle of Deltas to affiliate with and talk to them about how to handle this.

Every Delta will not be your bestest and that includes your line sisters. Be sisterly towards others, learn from your Delta elders, both in real years and Delta years, and keep the rest moving.

I hope part of your Delta learning was that Delta business should be kept in house.

Uh, Delta is NOT a business first and foremost. It is first and foremost a sisterhood that takes care of business. If you don't understand that, maybe there are other things you don't understand that are causing your issues.

Good luck with figuring it out.

Your username is horrible. DST and disappointed in the same word for the sisterhood that you claim to love? Seriously?

Pardon for the lane crashing, but perhaps you are waiting for sisterhood to come to you. Sisterhood is a two-way street.

Six degrees of separation alert! Be careful what you post, you never know who is on here from your chapter.

Wow, this reeks of "I'm still young and hot, I have nothing in common with these old bags." You so got me at the wrong time for that kind of comment, so all I can say is stop being such a closed-minded dingaling.

Bear with me as I type a long post in an attempt to replicate:

Hi OOOOOO-OOOOP Sorors!!! I have always LOVED DST. But I couldn't join undergrad because the chapter was suspended. It did not reactivate by the time I graduated. I didn't want to go alumnae chapter like people advised--but lo and behold I had to. Well, I LOVE Delta but I don't feel the closeness that I expected. I am young (in my 20s) and I don't feel a bond with my LSs. I also catch flack for being alumnae. My process wasn't inadequate--we did more than study and take tests!!! I know that Delta is a BUSINESS first but I want some sisterhood...I'm an idiot and none of the real life Sorors like talking to me so I'm coming to YOU ALL for advice because obviously YOU ALL would know something that I didn't learn during MY process. I'm an idiot. I'm an idiot. Please advise me on how to bond with my LSs and get the sisterhood. It's not my fault I'm alumnae chapter. Thanks!!!
