Kappa Gamma Omega
So I was watching Parental Control on MTV (I'm guilty of it, as much as I despise my MTV generation),
and the bitch girlfriend on the show was a Kappa Gamma Omega. I'd never heard of it. I did a quick search and found nothing.
Any story?
FWIW, the parents in the show said that "the sorority must suck, because she's apart of it."

Maybe it's a high school sorority? I saw the episode and I agree with the parents.

Does anyone have any ideas?
It's likely in the So Cal area, but other than that I have no idea.
They may have decided to not put her real letters on her cheek, which make sense I guess.

The only Kappa Gamma Omega info I could find via Google referenced an organization in Manila, Philippines. I better shut up now before they invade our boards again.

Yep, that's probably it.

or she may not be in a sorority at all... This show is totally bogus... like how when the girl is just awful, and the parents LOATHE her... and THEN at the end when the boy chooses the awful girl, and asks her to marry him, the parents are suddenly all happy? Ive seen that scenario a couple of times, and by the bad acting, it just makes me think its either scripted or encouraged to be overacted... like Jerry Springer, people just make up shit to get on the television...
She may be in a sorority, may not be, she probably is and just changed the name...

It really is totally fake, so I wouldn't doubt that he wasn't in a sorority.
The cousin of one of my sorority sisters was on Parental Control. She's an awesome person, great cook, etc. The guy she was supposedly dating wasn't her boyfriend. The guy had been chosen to be on the show & asked her to pretend to be his girlfriend.
ETA: plus the fact that a lot of the people on the show have been on various MTV shows (like Next, date my mom) just doesn't add to any "authenticity"
