Though I can't narrow em down to just one, these are playing in rotation in my car right now:

I'm alright-JoDee Messina (my THEME song)
Bathwater-No Doubt
Cowboy Take Me Away-Dixie Chicks
You Can't Hurry Love-Dixie Chicks
If You're Gone-Matchbox 20
On My Knees-Jaci Velasquez
and the entire DUETS soundtrack (especially Copacabana)

One final note: I love my Napster and my CD burner!

Speaking of Napster and CD burners....we make a new cd for each mixer every week. If it has a theme or something, say "Keg Races" we have Speed Racer songs on there, and little clips like "Start Your Engines" All the girls love it when they see we took the time to plan out the night that much, and it just makes the whole night even better. Usually one of them ends up taking it home with them....

Fave new song: "Come On Over Baby" by Christina Aguilera. Yes, I'm a cheesball, but hoping to be redeemed by my

Fave all-time song: "What's Goin' On" by Marvin Gaye. Every radio station on earth should be required by international law to play this song at least once a day.

Well, since 33girl confessed liking a Christina song (btw, I love that one too), I guess I'll finally stand up and admit it - I like Britney Spears. Maybe its just because she's a local girl, maybe its because her music is fun...I don't know...

My other favorite artists (its too hard for me to pick actual songs!) are:
Jimmy Buffett
James Taylor
Jackson Browne
Cowboy Mouth

Here are some of my current favorite songs:

"Otherside" by Red Hot Chili Peppers
"If I Had $1,000,000" by Barenaked Ladies (this is not exactly new, but I wasn't made aware of it until last year)
"In My Hands" by Fuel
"Kryptonite" by 3 Doors Down (the radio station I listen to plays this 5 times a day, but I still haven't gotten tired of it)
"Babylon" by David Gray
"Rain King" by Counting Crows (another kind of old one)
