well,now

actually, some fraternities do have recruitment events the summer before the graduated h.s.seniors would have been matriculated to the university, to meet potential newmembers andsort of line up their bid list. however, i would think that bids would not be extended until the official recruitment after school started.

This is true, BUT the young man must be enrolled and registered first
