Highs and Lows

I saw this thread name on another forum, and it reminded me of something we used to do during every exec meeting. Basically just post the highs and lows of your day.

Now for me...

Highs: Buying my cap and gown for graduation.

Lows: Discovering that ants have taken over my bathroom. Grr....

Highs: being the active angel of the week at meeting last night...and we do horns and halos..and i got the horns! for hitting a pole with my car

Lows: being told i had to plan a philanthropy to present to chapter 30 min. before it started...and i did it!
also the drama with my best friend in pi phi and my good friend in ATO...sheesh.

since at work.. not really much happened today yet.. so...

High: having a great Vday

when I thought it was going to be a bummer.. also any day I get to work ontime without having to rush is wonderful..

Low: my ex and I have been trying to deal with issues lately.. and I havent seen him since december (he lives in seattle now)

Hahaha...we do this at work in our weekly meetings

Highs: I had an awsome Valentines day...one of the best in a really long time...I love my single friends!

Lows: I am completely bored at work. I have absolutely nothing to do. That's why I am on GC. I hate how they make me sit here all day with nothing to do.

high: unlike erniegurl my high is that the weather is so nice

low: I just moved into a house with a pool and I have been waiting for a nice day(like today) to go swimming(the water always looks so nice) and today is the one day I can't b/c I have class/work/meetings till 9:30pm

High: Finding out my boyfriend is buying a hamster!

Low: Going to visit my grandfather and finding his mind has deteriorated since Christmas break.

Highs: Having a great therapy sessions!
Lows: Not getting out of night class early even after my teacher promised she'd dismiss early!

Highs: It's wednesday night and I coach a girls ice hockey team wedsneday nights. I can't wait I have so much fun and the girls are great!

Lows: I am so tired. I stayed out too late last night and now I'm trying to stay awake at work.

Good Day Today..

Highs: Wednesday night tv

That 70s Show is one of my faves and then the OC now
Last night I talked to the new guy I am seeing on the phone.. thats always a high..
Today has been busy at work.. so the day went by fast (always a plus)

Lows: I forgot to call during lunch to make a hair appointment for this weekend.. and they will most likely be booked now

.. I wanted to get my haircut before the concert I am going to next thursday and before I go to visit VT

Highs: Going to my allergy doctor and finding out that now I only have to get shots every three weeks! Also, Matthew, my fav guy on American Idol, somehow got through to the next round!

Lows: Getting lost in a not-so-nice part of Indy and coming down with a cold.

PS. Can I just say how happy I am to have started this thread? I feel like I'm starting to learn more about my GC sisters.

Highs: Spending some QT with my boyfriend, being productive, & tomorrow's weather forecast (60 degrees & sunny!)

Lows: Not being able to have a sleepover because of stupid 8:15 library class tomorrow morning, and I just broke my longest nail.

....so in reality, not much to complain about

can i just say i love this.. haha..

well..

highs: i had a great rachel panini sandwich for lunch from ukrops.. so the reason i missed living at home.. (its turkey, swiss cheese, coleslaw, special sauce on panini bread.. mmm mmm)
very nice day outside today.. cant wait for spring and summer

low: got in a fight with my bro this morning

High: it hit a high of 80 today...and we got 5 inches of snow last Saturday!

Low: I had a really hard world lit test today.
