Wow- that is incredible. As the wife of a diabetic this made me tear up... those are some good brothers. And that blood sugar count is off the charts. For those who aren't familiar (disclaimer: I'm not a doctor and these are rough estimates just for reference)- "normal" people usually have a blood sugar of around 80-100, diabetics aim to stay below around 120 or 140. My husband was diagnosed when he was in the high 700s, which is already coma territory. Almost 1200 is insane. He's a very, very lucky guy in many ways.
