You are not the only one. I made the same two resolutions. I started working out and taking Metabolife. I am trying not to put off tomorrow those things I can do today. Well, it is going okay, but not as well as planned. Even with the little stuff, I procrastinate. For example, I bought a car wash on Monday and still have not used the code to wash my car. It expires tomorrow so maybe I will take care of it by then.
