photographers for special events

Hello fellow DPhiE's! Wondering if anyone knows information on where to find a photographer that takes the pictures with personalized information on the bottom of the pic. I know we used someone for bid day but I can't remember since that was probably seven years ago! I'd appreciate any guidance....

we used greekyearbook for our convention, and they were ok. I'm sure that your greek life office would have someone that they recommend if it's common practice to get photos like this done on bid days, special events, etc.
