Ok, a new addition to my "I knew it was over when...." post: When I called my ex today to ask him about the ring he bought his new girlfriend for Christmas, he said that this is 2001, I should put old things behind me AND GET ON WITH MY LIFE because I am letting our past relationship consume me!!! I guess that's the tell-tale sign, huh? How do you begin to pick up the pieces and move on with your life???

There is a poem called "I made it through the weekend without you" that made the bulliten board of every woman at my college who was going through a difficult breakup. It was one of those "I will survive" type anthems. Have you heard of it? I'll do a quick search to see if I can find it on the net.
