Also, I might suggest you yourself spend some time thinking about Phi Alpha because you're not quite there yet).

HA. Love it.

But with SAETEX my fingers were itching. Actually itching! But I have tremendous respect for SAE, and of course my conscience wins out and I can't do it. I guess that's the lesson of many rituals - to recognize that we're imperfect people and even if we don't manage to live up to our high ideals today, we'll try again tomorrow.

Oh, and so this post is on topic: You own your badge. Except for the ones that I own.

I have to admit, that badge comment was pretty good.

Unfortunately though, giving your phrasing above, I'm inclined to think you don't exactly know all that you think you do. Given the true meaning of Phi Alpha, your statement above just doesn't make sense.

However, I'm sure some non-SAE out there does know what it means, thats just how it is. So, whatever.

[b ][font face=symbol] SAE [\font][\b]

take all the spaces out and the word "face", it should just be font=symbol inside brackets, and your slashes are going the wrong way to end /font /b

SAE

I'm guessing someone already did that for him. Only they were like, "Look, just take all the spaces and make the slashes forward instead of backwards."

I know exactly all I think I do, and more.

If you go beyond the literal meaning of that phrase, it indicates something more - a journey of sorts. A journey that SAETEX doesn't appear to have made.

[gump] That's all I have to say about that. [/gump]

Happy to talk to you in private though.

Either it wasn't explained well, or he just didn't get it then.

Thanks.

Actually, I'm just lazy, I had been meaning to fix that.
Don't let my crappy vB coding skills fool you though, I'm not as dumb as I may seem

Erik - you are showing your age and/or your interest in extinct fraternities

It was a Jewish fraternity (and merged with ZBT). The Phi Alpha they are talking about appears on the badge of SAE and had deeper meaning. No connection between the two.
