...I'm no financial expert, but it's my understanding you get EATEN ALIVE in taxes taking installments. With inflation, dollars today are worth more than future dollars.
I'd take the $$ up front as she's done, bank/invest it and live off the interest. At $67 million, (assuming 4 percent interest from a bank), she's going to generate approx. $2.6 million a year in interest alone.

I hear that. I was struck by his desire for his 15 minutes, I do admit. But going on a tangent, why did the judge name her DAUGHTER Wesley? WTH? I just don't like male names on little girls.

We knew it...that heffa lied!!!
A woman said through tears Thursday that she lied about losing the winning ticket for a $162 million lottery prize awarded to another woman.
Elecia Battle, 40, of Cleveland, is dropping her lawsuit to block payment of the Mega Millions jackpot to the certified winner, said her lawyer Sheldon Starke.
''I wanted to win,'' Battle said. ''The numbers were so overwhelming. I did buy a ticket and I lost. I wanted to win so bad for my kids and my family. I apologize.''
Battle had filed a police report saying she lost the ticket, possibly when she dropped her purse outside a convenience store. The lottery declared Rebecca Jemison, 34, of suburban South Euclid, the winner on Tuesday.
Battle said she wanted to use the money to help her family and recently laid-off Cleveland police officers. She apologized to Jemison, her lawyer and her husband.
''I'm not a bad person, I'm really not,'' she said. ''Everyone has a past."
Authorities are investigating whether Battle lied in the police report - a misdemeanor punishable by 30 days to six months in jail.
Jemison, of suburban South Euclid, qualified for a lump-sum payment of $67.2 million, after taxes.

Did you know???
Divers Probed for Giving Fish Champagne
2 hours, 59 minutes ago Add Oddly Enough - Reuters to My Yahoo!
WARSAW (Reuters) - Three Polish divers faced a police investigation Thursday for possible illegal fishing and animal abuse after a news photo showed them plying a freshly caught pike with champagne at an outdoor New Year's party.
"They may have committed offences of poaching and maltreating a fish," said Maria Niedziolka of the National Fishing Authority, which notified police of the incident.
The picture in Nowa Trybuna daily showed three frogmen neck-deep in a lake, with one of them tipping a bottle of cheap Russian bubbly into the fish's open mouth.
One of the divers told news agency PAP that they had found the pike half-dead and wanted to "restore it to consciousness by treating it with champagne."
It was not clear whether the fish survived. Police said it would not be needed as evidence in the investigation.

Infant's 911 call leads to mom's arrest
ORLANDO, Fla. — A baby's call to 911 may have his mom crying.
When a 1-year-old boy unwittingly called the emergency number this week, the dispatcher who answered could only hear gibberish on the other end.
So the dispatcher called back and reached the boy's mother, Navera Alexcia Noel, 27, who allegedly assured the dispatcher that everything was fine. Nevertheless, an Orange County deputy sheriff thought it best to check out the curious call.
When Deputy Sheriff Jeff Mayer arrived, Noel reportedly let him into the home. There the officer found the baby boy who made the 911 call. Mayer also allegedly found mounds of drugs, all in plain sight.
Narcotics officers returned with a search warrant and allegedly found more than 30 grams of cocaine, 100 grams of marijuana and some $69,440 in cash. It did not appear that the baby boy had ingested any of the drugs, investigators said.
Investigators also allegedly found a loaded .45-caliber gun that was reported stolen from another county.
Noel was arrested and charged with possession of cannabis and cocaine with intent to sell, and cocaine trafficking. She was released from Orange County jail on $7,500 bail.
As for her son who inadvertently tipped off police, he was reportedly placed in his grandmother's custody while the Department of Children & Families investigates.

Car Thieves Call Police for Help
37 minutes ago Add Oddly Enough - Reuters to My Yahoo!
COPENHAGEN (Reuters) - Two Danish car thieves called police for help when they realized the angry victim of their latest crime was in hot pursuit in another car.
The car's owner decided to chase the men after witnessing the theft from his home in northern Denmark, the local daily Berlingske Tidende said Monday.
The hapless thieves, aged 19 and 21, called the police to report themselves and asked to be picked up at a nearby road, the newspaper said.
