Thank you for bumping! Even through I went through two recruitments, I am now so nervous about being a sister recruiting!

This may seem really obvious, but apparently it isn't. Put yourself in the shoes of the PNM! Remember when you were a PNM, what were the type of things that attracted YOU to your sorority, put you at ease, etc.? Did you go for the girl who raved about how great her sorority was, or the one who genuinely seemed like she could be your friend? Remember as a rusher, you are the FACE of your sorority to the PNM. However you act will be how they remember the sorority. So while it is all fine and great to talk about your philanthropy projects, try and keep things that a PNM could read in a pamplet to a minimum. Girls are hoping to find a sisterhood, try and portray that you are someone a PNM could call a sister!
