Founders of local sorority Alpha Theta Beta, established on November 17, 1936, thus making it the oldest fraternal organization on Hofstra University's campus. Hofstra opened its doors on September 23, 1935 and recently celebrated its 75th anniversary. This was part of the celebration in photos.

came across something interesting today..Was looking at my school's Beta chapter's Facebook fan page and they had a lot of interesting pictures from the 50s and 60s, too many to post here so here is the link to their site:

Thought it was neat because they had a few pictures of some of their old houses, and also some of their homecoming decorations.

Not only were guys laying out, some have that certain baby oil shine to them... either that or Bain de Soleil... (for the San Tropez tan)...
