Honey,Savoy and Heart and Soul shutting down Or are they?

Hello all, I was taking a break from studing for my 1L finals and found this which I have hijacked from BET.com. I did a search and did not see anything like this here, it saddens me- I love Honey mag!

Vanguarde Media, publishers of Savoy, Honey and Heart & Soul magazines, is going out of business, shutting down the magazines and throwing more than 70 people out of work, Vanguarde Chairman and CEO Keith Clinkscales reportedly told his staff on Nov. 25. Vanguard Media was expected to file for bankruptcy on Nov. 26.
Clinkscale, who helped create Vibe magazine in 1993, left to create Vanguard Media in 1999. He later brought Honey Magazine, the urban women's magazine, under the group and shortly after closed Emerge, a highly-regarded Black news magazine.

Honey, Heart & Soul, an African American health magazine, and Savoy, a Black lifestyle magazine, are the latest in a line of Black publications like BET Weekend, Emerge, YSB, and Code that have shut down in recent years.
