Good show, but the season seemed short.

SOOOOO happy Casey finally came to her senses and that Ashley finally stood up to Frannie. I agree with the season seeming short but I dont know if I can wait til August haha. Anyone know the exact date of the shows return?

I really wish Casey and Cappie would've gotten together! I liked Max but I'm glad he's out of the picture. Overall I wasn't really impressed with the season finale.. but I'll definitely be watching again in August! I even got my non-Greek boyfriend liking the show.

The season "seems" short because the season is split in half, fall and spring... which is why it will be back in August... There were 22 episodes, which is the norm

Ok so Im gonna disagree here, but Casey is THE BIGGEST IDIOT EVER! I can understand being freaked out by a guy that has basically given up his whole life for you and is clearly thinking WAAAAY further ahead than you. I started dating my DH at the beginning of Sr year and I know if he had acted like that it probably would have freaked me out BIG TIME. I was just not ready for THAT level of commitment at that age. But I digress. I really liked Casey and Max together. I am not a huge fan of Casey/Cappie. Its way too Dawson's Creekish to me.................speaking of which, I think it was HILARIOUS that Ashleigh referred to Casey as "Joey Potter" in the last episode LOL! As if kids in college now would make references to that show. Just kinda shows who their audience really is.

This thought hadn't even occured to me, but it's a good point. I wonder what the demographics for the show really are.

I didn't mean why Casey took Rebecca as a new member, I meant taking her as a little sis. I don't see how Casey being Rebecca's big sis (as opposed to Rebecca being the little sis of some other ZBZ) would help keep ZBZ the top sorority.

Dawson's Creek was on (according to IMDB) from 1998-2003. That means kids who are twenty-one now would have been 10-15 while it was on. I don't think that's unreasonable. Although I watched L.A. Law when I was in elementary school, so maybe my parents aren't a good barometer of what most children are allowed to watch.

I love this show, and I love Casey and Cappie together! I think the show did a good job of portraying the greek system, esspecially because a few of the writers/producers were greek in college.
I mean if they just had a show about formal meetings and philantrophy, wouldn't that be a little boring?

I've really enjoyed the show too, but I have to avoid threads like this because I get shows on about a 6 week delay. But I think it's another one of those shows (Grey's Anatomy) where the star of the show is the most boring character. I'm interested to see if they introduce new stars so the show can transition beyond this college period.
I actually think they do a pretty good job at depicting Greek life. There are obviously a lot of holes, but as I've said before, if a show portrayed formal rush as it actually is it would be a huge snooze-fest. But on one episode they did a reasonable job of explaining bumping, which made me chuckle. It was out of context, but it was in the ballpark.

I just started season 4 on hulu.
I really like it......something just bothers me about the fact that Ashley "quit" her job shows up on ZBZ's doorstep and never leaves. Just odd to me.
ETA: The series finale felt like senior commitment all over again.
