Thats awesome how they have the history on Miami's library website. Your right. They probably had no idea that we'd still be learning and talking about it 153 years later. I'm sure if they did know they'd get some good laughs from it but more importantly I think they'd be pretty proud. That we've carried on our tradition and legacy

Ever since joining a fraternity, my appreciation for history has shot up amazingly! Kinda funny when you read it, they barracaded (sp?) the doors with huge snowballs a few nights, and each morning the janitor would come and have to find a way in. I remember reading something about how he had to break a window to get in one day. I bet when those students did that they never thought we'd be talking about it 153 years later
