I am planning on going. This is going to be my first time going. But I will be 20 by the time the classic comes. Is there any under 21 things that are good to go to.

ROTFLMAO @ the poor child for not knowing...
Girl,
um um um (LMAO)
I started "hanging" for BC when I was 16. Then throughout ALL of my college (undergrad and grad) days, (17-23).
I don't do that too much anymore, you know, I'm much older now. If I have visitors, you know I have to let them experience THE EXPERIENCE.
I mean, one of my classmates had to stop "hanging" because she started seeing her students (10th, 11th and 12th graders). EEKA EEKA She had to take it "up" a couple of notches, so she wouldn't see them where she hung out. This same thing happened to me last year, I had some out of town guests with me. I didn't teach the students, but they knew me from my school and was like....uh-oh Ms. AKA2D, What's that in your glass? WTF? What are you doing out here? LOL
I said all that to say, you won't have any problems getting into something.

That is soo funny. i remember the first time I saw one of my teachers outside of the classroom (I think it was at the grocery store or something) i almost lost it. I was looking all in her basket like, what could she possibly eat. When she went outside and lit a cigarette, I thought I'd die. I couldn't wait to get back to school and tell all my friends I saw my teacher smoking a cigarette. Teachers don't exist outside the classroom.

I was actually the last person to reply to this last year, so I will be the first to reply this year. The State Farm Bayou Classic is November 29, 2003 this year in New Orleans. Will anyone be attending? This is my 8th in a row, and hopefully the outcome of this years game will be the opposite of last year.
At any rate is there anyone who has information about whats going on in New Orleans that weekend, other than the Battle of the Bands?

You never know what is going on down here until the week before or the weekend of the Classic. The most consistant and definite (as well as one of the safest) thing that I can name is Soul II Soul @ the H.O.B. on that Thursday. As far as anything else, I'll try to keep you all posted as I hear it.
There's always the Quarter which is a poor man's paradise.... FREE!!! (Y'all know that places like to jack up the prices when folks are in town!)

PLEASE!
I may have 8 premium tickets to sell!
Don't count us out:
Alcorn hasn't beaten us in 4 years until this past September. The last time they did, we won the BC. Soooooooooo, hopefully, history will repeat itself.
JUST MAKE SURE NONE of the players had their transcripts created or changed. If so, ya'll are gonna have to forfeit! I mean even wayyyyyyyyyy back in the day!
ETA: Don't mention the game Saturday! I WAS THERE SAW THAT MESS LIVE IN LIVING COLOR!?!!?!?
SASAS!
Did they show Doug on the sidelines?

I'll be there. My bruhs out here in Colorado have been going the last 2 or 3 years. This will be my first time going because I just crossed SP04. I heard it's gonna be CRAZY! I can't wait, I mainly want to see the Greek Show and the battle of the bands. I really could care less who wins the game, it's gonna be a good game and that's all that matters to me... although, one of my frat that's in grad school here and his two lb's who are down in the Springs will be rooting for Southern since that's where they are from.
