Mine stopped - it was like one day I felt like eating, and I was worried at first, so I just ate a little bit -- but after a couple hours, I was a mad woman with some food. I can only compare it to how someone stranded without food must feel - I literally felt like I hadn't eaten for the entire 13 weeks (and I too lost a lot of weight, but I could stand to lose it

)
Oh - and my MS was funny -- the first couple weeks, it was in the AM -- I would be much better by 2pm. Then it moved to mid-day, and I would be better after 6pm. Then it completely took over, and I was sick all day. All I can say was it felt like walking on a boat all day for me. Every step I could feel the sway under me.
And throwing my guts up never helped (you know usually if you're sick, you throw up and you're okay) -- nuh huh - it made it worse! I did take phenegran finally, and it helped, but those Sea Bands really helped a lot.
I hope that you'll feel better soon!!
