just an FYI, to all those concerned
Delta Gamma has officially, as of this evening, (25 April 2005) integrated with one of the local sororities, Gamma Phi, on campus to become national, as part of a trend the Director of Greek Life has initiated (they are second only to the newly integrated Tri Delta chapter to "cross over", if you will, to become nationally recognized GLO's). I am excited about working with the new groups (although I have no problem with locals, it's nice to work with NPC groups and to NOT be the only nationally recognized sorority on campus

...which causes more problems than people care to recognize! ).
Just another note:
Y'all are really on your p's and q's as far as being informed. I read an earlier post where someone actually went through the school's listing (albeit obselete) listing of our Greek Life!!! Wow

, to say the least. But it shows that you all are dilegent and concerned about the future of your respective sororities and Greek Life overall. This is great to know!!! And I hope to be just as informed and "pumped up" if you will, about my sorority (I am a neo as of this spring) and future Greeks.
Okay!

This post is lengthy enough, but I hope that it's informative, that you all keep up the good work and that you continue to perpetuate Greek Life.
