Greek Relations

Okay, I'm gonna start putting this forum to better use.
Here's my question.
How do you handle Greek Relations amoungst the fraternity and sorority life and amoungst your campus.
How do you promote sister/brotherhood between your fellow greeks.
I'm interested in all sorts of examples and stories, so please share all.
