Phyliss Dillar was an AOPi.
Phyllis Diller is NOT an AOII. Our magazine, To Dragma, addressed this in its latest issue.

I do know a sort-of-famous Greek. Marietta DePrima, who played Sally on The Hughleys, is a Theta from Northwestern. I grew up with her.

What's the truth on Oprah and AKA? I've seen some sites that say she's an honorary member and others that say she was offered honorary membership but turned it down.

I read on another thread that Debbie Matenopoulos is an AOII. Is that true? It is difficult to verify because our HQ website does not list notables (because every member is notable to us!) Does anyone know?

I've heard that Lynda Carter was an AXiD but I'm not completely sure.

But these are ladies that are AXiD's

Jen Schefft, "The Bachelorette"
Jane Henson - she and Jim Henson created Fozzie Bear in honor of Alpha Xi Delta and the first Kermit the Frog was created from curtains at Jane's AXiD house
Kim Webster
Gail Kobe
Megan Blake
Betsey Johnson

KLPDaisy,

thanks for the Grape Shot!

IHQ doesnt have all of them listed

Check lambdachi.org and see who all are there, remember, there are some that have been dropped from the Site!

Out with The Old, in with the new if there are so many!

Amazing how some rumors are started about some Peeps? Wonder who started them? Press Agents or some wishful thinking!

Willie Nelson went to college?!?!?!?!?! That chapter was missing in his biographies!

PS - If you didn't double space, it would probably be a "neater" list!

hmm...

No, it's correct... Beta Psi Chapter - Arkansas State Univ. ... Elvis is Honorary (he's the only honorary on that list)...

Honorary members are approved by Nationals (Grand Chapter), are contributors to the chapter in different ways and are "initiated" as well...

Willie Nelson did attend college for some time after the Air Force...
