Exactly why I said she made a choice. Instead of making the choice to find out how to "tap in", she chose to strip. Her choice. Ever seen the movie "Dangerous Minds"? Same concept.
Oh, and I went "through" school, I did not go "threw" school.

And those people who made those choices shouldn't be awarded a scholarship to prevent them from continuing to strip. Should I write Jesse Jackson and say "If you don't give me a scholarship I am going to strip or sell drugs to pay my tuition and raise my child"? Um, no.
My Stripper Scholarship comment was ok (and witty might I add) because that seems like what he is offering.

I think you should go for it. As long as you're willing to do it publicly. Rev. Jackson wouldn't agree to it without the publicity. Throw in a broken bone and you might get a stipened too .

Me neither.
ETA: He and his Rainbow Coalition did however come feed up pizza when we FAMU students slept on the marble floor of the state capitol in protest of Governor Bush One Florida Plan for education. I think he brought his own camera crew to that one too .

Yeah, I hope she stops stripping and graduates. I'm really sick of the whole strippers doing so to pay their tuition stereotype too. But that is another discussion.
