Omega judge to be sworn in.

Brother Brian Wilks of Beta Phi Chapter (Durham, NC) will be sworn in as District Court Judge at 2:00pm on 31 July 2008 at the Durham County Courthouse by fellow Beta Phi member and Superior Court Judge, Brother Leon Stanback. Bro. Wilks, who has served as an Assistant District Attorney, Public Defender and in private practice, was recently appointed to the bench by Gov. Mike Easley of North Carolina. Conratulations to Brother Wilks!
