Sad news: the 19 men living in the Kappa Sigma house at the U of Kentucky must find housing immediately. The fire marshal has declared the house "unliveable." WKYT has the short report on its web site:

A difficult turn of events, especially at this time of the year. However, it’s another reminder to RM chairs, house managers, and alumni housing boards everywhere that keeping a house in shape – at least up to fire codes – is important.
I hope the (former) residents can find alternative housing quickly and make as smooth a transition as possible to new living quarters. Also here's hoping the closed house can be adequately repaired so that undergrads can live there again soon.
