Rep. Fossella Admits To Fathering Child Outside Of Marriage

NEW YORK - One week after his arrest on charges of driving while intoxicated, Rep. Vito Fossella admits he has a 3-year-old daughter outside of his marriage. In a statement released Thursday, Fossella, who represents Staten Island and parts of Brooklyn, said "I have had a relationship with Laura Fay, with whom I have a three-year-old daughter."
