Colin Cowherd

Does anyone listen to his radio show on ESPNradio....I don't know what it is, but its strangely intriguing. Like i disagree with him 99% of the time, yet I can't stop listening...it's almost if I wan't someone to disagree with..

I listen to him if I'm in the car when he's on (10:00 a.m. - 12 or 1:00 here). I love it that he talks about non-sports-related things too. I think he's quick, funny & smart.

Yeah i do really like the non sports related stuff...definitely helps to break up the show. I was debating him with a friend a few days ago who thought he was a complete hack, but the guy definitely knows his stuff.

Cowherd is great.

Randy Galloway is a good one too, for you DFW people. Lots don't like him though.

Cowherd makes for good radio because he's affable, funny and willing to take an unpopular stand - he's sort of the evolutionary Dan Patrick, but in a much more interesting and confrontational tone.

However, Cowherd knows very little about sports to the point where he constantly bumbles statistics or misrepresents when they mean, steals most of his best or most intriguing bits from sources like Deadspin, and generally doesn't put in the work to be informed about some of his views.

It's an awkward duality, to be honest. I'll tell you this - you'd make bank simply fading Cowherd's college football picks, which are often hilariously uninformed.

haha yeah he tends to sound like a know it all for college football....but hes been grossly wrong on numerous "lock" picks...but hey...that means hes just like me...and who can't appreciate that.
