This is a description from a facebook group. It's things like this that make me really mad!

Frat guys only, sorry G.D.I.'s

-If the following describes you on an average day than you definitely frat hard and often...ladies are welcome.

12:00 P.M. Wake up, kick the random out of your bed. If you drove her home last night, she can do the walk of shame. Grab a Keystone and anything left over in the fridge for breakfast. You missed your first two classes this morning, what's the point in making one out of three? Skip Accounting at 3:00. Watch T.V. with your frat brothers for two hours, telling stories of the night before (remembering what you can, making up what they can't disprove).

2:00 P.M. Gather enough strength to go play golf. Gather enough random left over beers to finish a full 18, and proceed to the course. Play well on the front 9, get drunk, and play shitty on the back 9. Take it back to the house.

6:30 P.M. Picked up 3 30 packs on sale on the way home from golf, might as well start the party. Invite over more frat brothers and fire up the grill. Cook fajitas, steaks, etc. and go through your phone book inviting over all the sorostitutes. Mix up punch, and switch from cookout to pre party around 8:00 or 8:30. Play nothing but 80's until everyone goes to the bar.

10:30 P.M. Ride the party train to the local bar, meet up with a few more fratties and a lot more girls. Get drunk on your pledge brother's tab, tell him you'll pick him up next time. Start hitting on a random, get turned down. Proceed on to next random, until more pleasing results are acquired. Get hammered, call a pledge, and head to late night. Walk into late night like you own the place (you do, it's at your house, but you're too wasted to tell). If a rager starts, get rowdy, forget about the girls. If a relatively slow or normal late night results, run game on randoms until one makes out with you in the middle of the party. Be "that guy". Throw down Natty Lights until you can't see straight.

11:00 A.M. Wake up, kick the random out of your bed, and go back to sleep.

Anyone know people like this? I have a few brothers who are in this group. I think this reflects negatively on all greeks when people see something like this.

Honestly, I think its funny.

It does reflect poorly on "frat guys" (We use frat only in a joking sense in my chapter) because we should exemplify being better men, etc.

I think most of have had a few days like that but I attribute that to being in college more than a fraternity. Waking up to pregame for home football games at 7:30AM is frowned upon in the real world apparently.

Nothing to get too worked up about, you know what your chapter is about and if that is not how you guys act make sure to tell them that at rush. Someone once told me (I think Phired Up) that: 15% are going to join, 15% never will, and the 70% is up to you to convince.

I think that negative stereotypes are made up of the 15% that hate fraternities and the part from the 70% we could never convince at rush.

Hmmm, you have a good point. It's only a couple guys but their numbers are growing. If I could see the future, I would probably see a giant rift between two sides. It just makes me a little nervous...

This is just dumb. And it's not even that funny. I've seen much "better" ones... stupid boys.

I actually found it kind of funny. Although I'm not a big fan of the implications of being "fratty", the description kind of reminds me of a typical friday or saturday in my life (greek and otherwise) from 3rd year on.

I really liked "Be 'that guy'." I'm not fratty (at least by their def) but I have been 'that guy' a few too many times.

The word sorostitute is disturbing on so many levels, that there is no way that I could find this humorous.

Thats what I was saying. It's not funny, just offensive. Not to mention, anyone who skips class like that is bound to fail out....trust me, I know...
